Variable Data - Monthly Special

Preparing your files for Variable.

CJ King is offering clients FREE variable data printing for (up to) 3 fields (on one side) of any one of the following digital products.

DL cards 100 - 3000
Post cards 100 - 4000
A5 cards or flyers 100 - 4000
A4 cards or flyers 100 - 1000

This is a very simple procedure;

1. Upload a PDF of your required digital print order (as you normally would online) with product type and quantities.
2. Email the following to our order's department at cjking@cjking.com.au
   - A low res PDF of your artwork with direction of where you want the variable data to appear
   - A 'CLEAN' spread sheet in 'CSV' format (call Chris Temov or Steve Fenton on 08 6241 200) to discuss this
   - Your uploaded 'Job number' so we can connect the CSV spreadsheet with your uploaded online order.
3. We will send you a hard copy proof for your confirmation, email your confirmation to cjking@cjking.com.au with your 'Job number' requesting we proceed or make changes.

It's important to remember that we need a clean CSV file with only the data you require, you can edit the attached CSV Template below and rename or edit the required fields, but you MUST save it in CSV format.

PLEASE NOTE: The CSV file must have text and numbers only, do not include symbols, images, graphics or spaces as this will impact on the printing of your variable data job. If you require us (CJ King staff) to clean up your files, an hourly cost may apply, so we advise you to call (Chris Temov or Steve Fenton) first if you are unsure about creating CSV files.
