How to pay online
To use our system through Firefox or Internet Explorer 7 - DO NOT USE SAFARI. Download Firefox here or IE 7 here
If you believe you may have paid for your job and it's STILL IN THE SHOPPING CART, do not uplaod it or pay again.
Contact our Accounts Department immediately on 07 5564 2022.
Once payment has been confrmed, we will manually place the job for you. If you upload the job twice, we must consider it as a second job and charge you for it.
STEP 1 - Card selection
Once you 'Place Your Order' you will be directed to the Commonwealth Bank online payment site. This site is completely independent of CJ King's site.
Select your card type 'Visa or Mastercard'
Please Note: Once you commence the payment process, don't close the window or go back.

STEP 2 - Enter your details
Enter your card details exactly as they appear on your credit card. You will also notice the total price below the card details as confirmation.
Click on 'Pay' to move on.

STEP 3 - Payment processing
While your payment is being processed, do not shut down the window or attempt to go back.
Wait for the next window. DO NOT TRY TO PRINT or press the BACK page at this stage.

STEP 4 - Confirmation - VERY IMPORTANT
Wait for the Confirmation page to appear BEFORE you attempt to print the receipt. When your payment has been transferred, you will be given a receipt. We recommend that you print and retain it.
If you do not get a receipt page, call our Accounts Department on 07 5564 2022
Your order has now been processed. You may now 'Log Off'

A final safe guard - Make sure your order is in progress
In the event that you are unsure your order has gone through, we suggest you go back online at www.cjking.com.au and click on;
1. Job Status
2. Printing
3. Select the job you just placed
If you can see your job in 'Printing' your order was successfully placed.
If your job is not there, check the 'Shopping Cart'. If your job is still there, call our Accounts Department for assistance on 07 5564 202
